Yes, the hardest thing for eggs, but I was not so bad it was. The only thing I buy at health food store are gluten-free bread, gluten-free flour and gluten-free pasta. I do not eat as much as special products. I usually eat little things that are naturally gluten-free. For dinner, I take a dish of meat, vegetables and potato puree. Take a look at some Asian and authentic Mexican / Latin cookbooks. Many recipes are very easy to make gluten free corn tortillas without gluten flour instead of soy sauce. So, go to foodnetwork.com and look Ina Garten's recipes. I believe that many do not flour in them. Can you milk? This opens up the things, if you can. I concentrated on looking for things that are naturally gluten free, rather than trying to replace everything. Many people make this mistake if they start to glow. Here is a list of foods that are easy to make gluten-free:

Roast beef, chicken, turkey, pigs --
Stir
Chile
GPasta sauce free Luten
Gluten-free pasta made Mac & Cheese
Tacos
All kinds of homemade soups
Taco Salad
Burritos / enchiladas with corn tortillas from
Tortillas (as well as in Chi-Chi)
Hamburgers made with gluten-free bread
Grilled sandwiches bread without gluten
Gluten-free pizza crust and all the ingredients you want
Flan
flourless cake (Emeril very good) has
Hagen Daz ice cream
Snickers bars
Reece cup peanut butter
